Who is Aaliyah Sedley-Jones ?

Aaliyah Sedley-Jones, known as Lily, died while driving through Weston-super-Mare at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.

A mother paid tribute to her 17-year-old daughter after the teenager died in a horrible car accident.

Statement

Today, her mother has issued a heartbreaking statement about her loss, saying that she will mourn her “best friend” forever.

She said, “Lily, you were kidnapped just as your life began and you were so excited about all that you had to wait for.

“You made the most of every day of your life.

“You were my best friend, a breath of fresh air and illuminated each and every room you entered.

“You were so afraid of losing someone you loved, and the only consolation I have is that at least now you will never have to suffer the pain that everyone who knows you is feeling right now.”

The public rushed to help Lily, one of five siblings, after she was fatally injured in a car accident.

Family

Despite her best efforts, she was unable to save her.

“You really were too perfect for this cruel world and the time when I can be with you again cannot come soon enough,” her mother said today.

“Your four brothers and all your family and friends will keep your memory alive as long as we all live.
