Carol Hodgson, 39, of Upper Garth Gardens, is due to appear in Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Monday, charged with murder.

A pistillate has been accused of murdering a two-year-old boy who was recovered wounded in a home.

Daniel James Hodgson Green recovered at the successful Upper Garth Gardens venue, Guisborough, shortly after 10:00 GMT on Wednesday.

He was taken to the infirmary but died there, police said.
