A desperate search is underway for a young woman who has been missing for five days since she disappeared in her car.

Eleanor Hanson, 29, was last seen on Saturday morning March 26 in Westmead but usually lives in Campsie, both of which are in western Sydney.

Police are concerned for Ms. Hanson’s well-being as she suffers from a medical condition.
